Although this is not a sales job, sales experience is valuable in client engagement and new client acquisition.
Experience trading and with any markets, either professional or personal.

Will join our wealth management team, undergoing protracted and thorough training and mentorship in all aspects of private wealth management, including portfolio construction and management, client engagement, financial planning, risk management, compliance, and business administration.
Will assist with administrative work wherever appropriate to become familiar with critical systems and processes pertinent to wealth management and to help advance the firm and add value while undergoing your training and development.
You will work daily with our reporting software (Tamarac), CRM (Salesforce), Schwab Advisor Center (portal for our custodian), and Microsoft 365.
Will assist with and participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes, earmarking action items, and documenting meeting results in our CRM (Salesforce).
After passing the Series 65, will work as part of a team to develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to supplement and grow firm revenue and your income.
Some travel as needed; a few times per year at most.

When ready, you will need to pass the Series 65 exam.
When ready, you will secure your CFP or CIMA designation.
Note: in both cases, the company pays for registration fees and study materials.
